Hello, I’m Trudy
I am a Registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and a Board Approved Supervisor, with over 15 years of clinical experience across inpatient, community, and private practice settings. My work has included senior clinical and leadership roles within the public mental health service, supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families.
I have extensive training in trauma and relational therapies, including EMDR, DBT, CBT, ACT, Psychodynamic concepts and Family Therapy. I have a particular interest in supporting clients experiencing the effects of complex trauma, including difficulties with anxiety, emotional regulation, and relationships. Much of my work has been with individuals who have experienced childhood trauma or emotional neglect, and who now find themselves feeling anxious, disconnected, or stuck in patterns in relationships.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and able to make sense of your experiences at your own pace.
